Hi,
I recently bought a reclaimed 5V,10A 24V,4A power supply, so that I could use it as the basis of a bench power supply. I would like to have two or three different output voltages, with voltage and current control and meters.

I also bought a tip for the Weller soldering station. This has a thermocouple inside the tip which is used to control the temperature by PWM. I tried it on about 3V and it melted solder. I would like to incorporate the soldering tip/iron into the power supply. I think the Weller soldering station uses 12v or 24v for heating the the iron, regulated with PWM.

Can anyone suggest a circuit idea please?
Camerart.
