The TI part you show is good for 6 to 18 volts. Will that range work?
I had to get an isolated supply. Add an analog isolator and 60mA opamp to power the Gate Driver. Sorry not much information but I can provide more later.
I know of no one IC solution.

It depends on the current and the load capacitance and voltage I=CdV/dt.
So I need to be able to drive 4A
My question was, how fast is that?
I know how to calculate the circuit speed.
So what is the maximum switching speed (frequency) you will need?

Are you driving a MOSFET?
The peak current is 4A but the average is much lower.
I will need to get a pulse of at least 30ns
Is the 30nS the turn_on and the turn_off time? The Gate Driver pulls very little current when the Gate is on or off. It pulls current during the edges of the signal.
