Can anyone help to design a V to I converter. Vin max is 10V and proportional current is 100mA max. And frequency of input voltage is 1khz. Load is resistive.

 

That's just a 100Ω resistor, isn't it?

Do you need to source or sink this current?
What I mean is does the load connect to ground, or to Vcc? (positive)

Does it need to be really linear?

 

Yes its needs to be linear.

 

What is the load? What is its resistance? Capacitance? Inductance?

 

Load is resistance and the value is 107.5 ohm

 

So, all you need is an amplifier with a gain of 1.075, and 100mA output capability.
And if your maximum allowable error was >7.5% you wouldn’t need anything at all - just join the load to your voltage.
