Using TPS25750 for USB-C PD

Hi,
I'm using TPS25750 for Type-C PD and BQ25792 to handle battery charge for my circuit.
I provide 3.3V off my own regulator that comes from the batteries(4S).
My question regards TPS25750's PP5V pin, which I am confused of what should I connect to it if anything at all.
Also not sure about PPHV - this should be the output voltage?
