I've been doing PCBs for a couple of years but I now find myself with new challenges :
I have to design PCBs for high current board ( +100amps). I want to learn more about high current PCBs before starting but I can't seem to find any relevant documentation, books or webinar speaking about the matter. Would anyone have some recommendation?
Do you guys also know some techniques on how to properly design such type of board? So far I've checked a couple of eval board and there is one thing I see in almost all the boards is that they copy their power planes/split plane on each layer.
So if for example a plane goes on the top layer from one side of the board to the other side of the board this plane will be duplicated in each inner layers.

I have no idea how to make a PCB for carrying 10A, much less 100A.
I would use thick buss bars for this.

If you insist on designing a PCB then look up a PCB trace width calculator.
