and I am very curious... is Philips incorporated with Fluke for making PM3082 oscilloscope ?, or that is fake oscilloscope ?, they labelled as Philips but have Fluke nameplate

The two scopes are the same product with different badges. You can find either one. I have no idea about prices in China, but in the US they scope would probably be about $100 less without probes. It’s a decent scope though not a modern one.
