Does anyone know if USB to RS485 DB15 Male cable is available commercially? Or should I build one based on the pin out?

Also, from the image it seems to be DB9, is it so? or is it DB15? I will check the website for further description, but please do let me know if you know. Thanks again!

 

Unfortunately, AliX is terribly short on specifications or documentation. Sometime your only recourse is to ask the vendor, and many have no idea what they are selling, just their profit margin on in. Be very careful when buying from them but they are a good source for hardware.

 

The default connector for most USB to DBx is DB9. You may need to create or locate a short DB9 female to DB15 male

 

RS485 does not appear to commonly use a DB15 connector. The pinout is going to be device-dependent. You'll probably have to build a custom cable.
