USB data lines for battery charger

Hi,
I want to design a LiPo/LiIon charger from USB port. I want to use BQ24074RGTR chip from TI, it is a battery charger chip.
But I can not find what I should do with D+ and D- lines.
All I found is charger circuits, not from battery side.
I need to know where/how I need to connect data lines at battery side.
If I don't connect datalines to anything, I think I can draw maximal 100mA from USB port.
What is necessary (D+, D-) to draw 500mA from USB port?

You need to implement enough of the USB protocol to negotiate the higher current level. The USB 2.0 spec is a free download. Good luck reading and understanding what is required.
