And I need an electrical circuit (scheme) how to convert dc linear voltage (output of thermoresistor ) to square wave woltage?(I need an electrical circuit of '"woltage to Frequency"). If you can help me

+1 for @joeyd999 's suggestion. Buy common anode displays, either a multi-digit unit or several single digits, that will be sufficiently bright at 8mA current (page 8 of the datasheet joey referenced).
