I was designing the project for the traffic light in Proteus. I used a 555 timer, and the project is working well. Now, I want to upgrade it and for this, I am thinking of the signs on the screen or anything like this where I can print the message about the status of traffic light. I have seen people using the LCDs, but I do not remember the whole process or the components. Anyone here can help me with this?
