Hi!

I just purchased an old HM312-7 scope (10MHz) with the intent of replacing the innards and boost the bandwidth. It's a hobby project. The tube is a 131BXB31, which is also used in Hameg's 412-3 (15MHz).

I expect the CRT to be the bottleneck. Does anyone know where I can find the datasheet for this device? Google isn't helping.

thanks,
Fred

CRT's were generally custom made for a particular oscilloscope, and it would likely be difficult to find a replacement.
Unless the CRT is not working, I would stay with the one it came with.
