Unknown connector type. Possibly an AMP connector of some sort?

Hello,

Does anyone know the name or brand of this connector? Trying to use the male version of this on a PCB design. It is commonly used in the healthcare industry on invacare devices and mobility scooters. Any help is appreciated. I initially thought it looked similar to an AMP connector of some sort, but couldn't find anything after 45 minutes of searching.
