The amplifier produces 100W per channel (8 channels) at fairly low distortion into 4 ohms. Then the speaker audio signal is 57V peak-to-peak.
Like I said, it boosts the voltage.
The amplifier channels can be bridged to produce 280W into 4 ohms for four channels which is 93V peak-to-peak.
A color organ can use the amplifier's input as its signals.
