Hello,
I need help replacing the 8R06 ultrafast high voltage rectifier (PSU Corsair VS550).
I don't really know which of the following diodes to choose?

T0-220AC;
T0-220AC Insulated;
T0-220FPAC

Or some other replacement?

I would appreciate if anyone could help...

Try DigiKey.com I think they have 1600 parts in the insulated case.

 

Can you help me which of the diodes in the uploaded datasheet I can use to replace the original?

Try this
Almost any of the diodes will work. But some are for surface mount and will be very hard for you to use. The non-insulated package will work but you probably can't make a good insulator.

Plenty of thes available, you need the insulated tab.
