Vol. III, Chapter 2, The P-N Junction:

In the sentence immediately preceding the first figure: "P an N" should be "P and N".

In the last sentence in the paragraph following the last (diode symbol) figure, "mA" is used at one place and "ma" at another.

In the next-to-last paragraph before the Review, in the last sentence, shouldn't "increases" be "increase"?

Yes it should.

Yes, it should be mA.
