Is it possible to take the secondary's (15-0 15-0) from a toroidal and split the output to two power supply's 15-0-15 and a 12-0-12 using a wago block to split the supply.

power supply.jpgSorry about the pic , done in haste...lol , the wago block has 2 terminals per contact , so the two 0 v will join in the block.
Wago block.

One 15V goes to the first terminal, each 0v goes to the second terminal , the other 15v goes to the last terminal , the other side allows two wires from each terminal for outputs

Cheers

Yes, but load variations on one side might impact the other. That may or may not be a problem - depends what you're doing.

I think (yes , I do that sometimes) both supply's will be drawing about 250ma per rail , thats for each supply , so +15 at 250ma , -15 at 250ma , +12 at 250ma and -12 at 250ma

If identical winding's, they are usually wound bi-filar so you can use them in series, parallel or separately, the advantage with a toroidal is it is easy to add an over-wind secondary if needed.
