How do you TUNE RF circuit that are Lumped Element filters, filter bands, waveguide filters, Millimeter Wave Filters in the Low Pass, Band Pass, Band Stop, High Pass that are in the ranges from low MHz to the High GHz frequency ranges.

Using what type of equipment to test the Filters Parameters like S-Parameters, Phase Linearity, Filters Ripple, Pulse Ringing?

Why do you have to use a Network Analyzer to "Tune" these types of filters?
The Network Analyzer is able to adjusting the filters S-Parameters, Phase Linearity, Filters Ripple, Pulse Ringing?
You have to use an Arbitrary function generator to sweep frequencies from low Mhz to High Ghz

You don't absolutely HAVE to use a network analyzer to tune filters, but it sure beats the heck out of using a sweep generator and a dip meter.

Some network analyzers have the capability of showing you S2:1, S2:2, S1:2, and S1:1 simultaneously and in real time.

What would you use to tune a filter and how would you tune the filter?

What do you mean by S2:1, S2:2, S1:2, and S1:1?

I was stuck at home with a broken car yesterday, but I can't entertain you today. There is no point in answering your questions because you don't have any background in the subject about which you inquire, you don't read what you are told to read, and you don't learn from the answers.

anybody know how to tune in general and what's the basic steps of how to tune an RF filter and what kind of equipment you need to tune a filter?

Use a RF generator set to a Megahz frequency that gets connected to the RF filter and tune the RF filter to the RF generators frequency? monitoring the output of the RF filter using a spectrum analyzer or network analyzer?
