PSO-PID TUNING METHOD (MATLAB)

I want to do PSO-PID tuning on matlab simulink to get the value of error which is ITAE, ITSE, ISE, IAE. But when i perform the simulink my itterations and value of error is too high. It is basically like this link (
) but with different block design. Does anyone can help to solve this problem. Here i provide the file of matlab.
