I just want to ask if you can flash/program TS80 with custom firmware? If yes pls can you tell me how?

Do you mean a TRS-80? If so, then no. It was designed and built before flash memory became available. You might be able to program a UV erasable EPROM if you can find a blank one and if you have the knowledge and the tools to write Z80 Assembly language programs and assemble and link them.

It says it is programmable so I assume you simply follow the intuctions.

Can't figure out why you would want to program a soldering iron.
