It is been used as a ballast for a 120v UV Ligtht. It has only two cables, one cable is connected to power source and the other to one of the 4 prongs of the UV bulb. the second prong of the bulb is connected to power negative cable, the remaining two prongs of the bulb are connected to the starter.
