I am trying to repair a remote switch the TC4013BP when i fit a HEF4013B which is locally available the switch does not work.

I have no circuit diagram as its a commercial model.

Right now I am trying to determine if there is a difference then I could try and work it back.

 

Maybe you bought a fake IC. Or maybe some other parts are broken and this is why the circuit do not work.
