Hello there,

I've got a defective phone jack on my Creative Soundblaster X-FI HD (Modell SB1240)
and I'm trying to find a spare part for the connector.
It's a 6.3mm (1/4") TRS socket with five pins soldered to the PCB. On the bottom of the
socket there's written "TC" and "°G" or "oG".
If "TC" is the manufacturer I don't even know which one it could be. I've searched for
several hours without success, so I'd be grateful for any ideas!

Regards
Marcel

I can't find anything similar, you could modify the board to suit a 1/4" connector of similar size. Just requires a little drilling, soldering and gluing.

This the the PCB Audio Main board of a Yamaha PSR-450 organ.

The Phone jack is 7 pinned but the foot switch socket is 3 pinned. If you have any junk Yamaha keyboard you might remove one and try it out by cutting off the extra 2 pins on the middle row. Nothing to loose.

Thank you. Sadly I got no spare Yamaha keyboard.
But you created an idea... I will have a look into some old amplifier. :)
