Hi, So i ordered some replacement DC power supplies with the same model number, they have the same input and output but the plug connector seems to be different to standard it has a raised black element. I figure i'm going to have to change it as it doesn't work but I don't know what they are called or where to find them. If anyone can provide a bit of guidance i'd be most grateful. I've attached a few pictures. WhatsApp Image 2020-04-14 at 18.52.07 (1).jpegWhatsApp Image 2020-04-14 at 18.52.07 (2).jpegWhatsApp Image 2020-04-14 at 18.52.07.jpeg

The connector shown looks similar to this: https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/dc-power-plugs/1389382/. You would have to check the dimensions accurately to be sure, there is a dimension drawing in the datasheet.

RS have a wide range of DC connectors, some are only slightly different in size, you need to know the exact dimensions. Use vernier calipers if you have them.

Or you could contact the manufacturers and ask them.
