i need a triggering circuit which can drive SCR of rating 40A,600V.
triggerig circuit should drive full bridge rectifier with a firing angle 0-180.

Your information is a bit confusing. A triac and a SCR are substantially different devices. The SCR is suitable for half-cycle conduction.

If the conduction is for a fixed half cycle, then a rectifier diode is the best device to use.
