Hello,

When using multiple analog accelerometers it is easy to synchronize the output by synchronizing the ADC.
But when we have multiple numeric accelerometers, how can we synchronize there outputs so that we are sure that all responses are for the same impulse time ?

The problem comes from the fact that it is impossible to send to them an impulse to start them all at same time... I found no digital accelerometer with this capacity that fit my needs.

Do you have some tricks to do that ?

Do these digital accelerometers output a continuous stream of digital data?
How is it read?
What is the data rate?
What degree of time accuracy do you need?

 

Use accelerometers that have external sync.
