Hey Max, I have having a similar situation as well. Only thing is even with the key on it, the console stays "replace safety key". So I replace the senor with a new sensor and am having the same problem. It has a MC2100 board as well and is a Nordictrack Commercial 2150. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I have never trouble shot the console end, you may have to do a little reserve-engineering on the nature of the sensor and where it inputs to, I would assume it is the console processor?
What is the Part No of the sensor device?
