I’m having issues with my Freespirit 30410 treadmill. It will turn on and run, but the belt is going noticeably slower than the displayed speed. I’ve tested the motor, the magnetic RPM sensor and the optical speed sensor. All test ok.

When I connect my multimeter to the Red/Black leads going from the MCB to the DC motor, the voltage is low. It is a 90V motor, but even at maximum speed it is only reading 46VDC.

 

What is the number of the board?

No number that I can see on the board, it just says "JOHNSONFITNESS".

Thanks anyways. From what I can gather, it was sold by Sears Canada, so needless to say, not a very popular choice.
