I am currently repairing a Life Fitness 9500hr treadmill and need to replace a faulty capacitor but being almost 15 years old the markings don't relate to modern day replacement.
The markings are:
MKT .001 M
GPF 250V Y2
40/85/21 111
MEY/ TSC

Can anyone please advise on modern day equivalent.

0.001uF, 250V, Y2 rated.
Y2 means it is rated for continuous connection across the mains.
