I have the same issue here. I want to transmit an ECG signal that is close to the parameters given above. And I need to transmit it wireless. What could be best method/considerations?

Given the low voltage levels involved in measuring ECG I would have thought that the last thing you would want anywhere near the ECG recorder is a radio transmitter.
