Transmitter and Receiver

Hi guys.

I am trying out this circuit but unsure about whether my connections are correct or not.

HT12E and HT12D

HT12E:
For A0-A3, I set it to 1 (Vcc). A4-A7, I set it to 0 (Gnd).
AD8-AD11, I set it 1010.

TE, I set to 0 (Gnd).
Osc1 & Osc 2 connected with a 33K resistor.
Dout to FM-TX1-433A pin 5 which is the Data In.

Gnd and Vcc connections are properly connected for TX and encoder.

HT12D:
For A0-A7, I set it the same as HT12E for matching which is 00001111.
D8-D11, I set it the same as AD8-AD11 which is 1010 too for matching.
Pin 14 Din, I connected to FM-RX1-433A Pin 7 Data.
Osc1 & Osc2 connected with a 750K resistor.
Pin AF & Detect are NC.

Gnd and Vcc connections are properly connected for RX and decoder too.
*Antenna NC.

I put 2 leds at D9 & D11 of HT12D (1010) for testing.
Then powered up the circuit, but it did not lighted up.

Just wondering if my connections are correct or is there any other thing I am unaware of?
