It went through some harsh weather condiitions and some times does not do its job. It abruptly disco nnects with the second similar system, that it is paired with.

Can you please tell me how to measure the transmit power for this system from its antenna port?
I mean to ask you, what equipment do I need to measure the transmit power for this system from its antenna port?

A typical instrument would be a Bird Wattmeter. You could also use a VNA with an appropriate attenuator.
