Long time lurker so now I've signed up because I need to admit defeat identifying a component.
This transistor appears to have had a hole blown in it - which is very handy - except I cant ID it. SD something. Sits across a 15v supply rail.

TO-18 package which has had its legs ripped off in a workshop 'ham fisted' moment when someone forgot it was underneath a board.
The bragging rights belong to the first person to get it - I've failed so far. I know the manufacturer logo but do you think I can remember who that is?! Nope!!
