Transformer selection for linear regulated power

I had transformer as the attached.
Please let me know whether can I make regulated DC +/-15V with parellel 27.5vac.

Only if the +-15V outputs are VERY lightly loaded (few mA), you use BIG (>10,000uF) filter capacitors, and LOW-dropout regulators.
