First sorry for my English, I'm not fluent and I'm also a beginner in electronic.
I need an alternative to the famous bms module based on the TP4056 as my battery needs to output more than 2,5A. I found this which is also based on the TP4056 but I don't know if it has the same safety features as the famous one. From what I understand some safety features of the famous board are also located on the "B205A" chip that we can see on the right of the picture, I can't see any other chip appart from the TP4056 on the second picture/bms I found (except for the two black chip but because they only have two "legs" I'm guessing they are not doing anything related to "big safety features"). My question is, is it a good alternative to the famous board ? If not, I'm looking for a good charging/protection module for a 1S lipo battery, it needs to be able to output at least 2.5A without triggering the protection, I found some for less than a dollar on aliexpress but I don't know how good they are. I know I shouldn't choose a BMS that is not "reputed", I heard good thing about the first module I talked about, but I can't take it because of the current limit. Do you have recommendations ?
