Try Googling for them -- there are LOTS of schematics for the first three. I'm not sure what you'll find for the touch screen, since each device is going to be different and they are generally self-contained devices that you interface to.

I suggest to not waste time with google. You will get 900 hits that want to sell you those items.

Go to a schematics website like "schematics for free", or "free schematics."
Understand that a touch screen circuit is rather complex, AND it takes also quite a bit of code in the required logic circuits.

I just did a Google search for "voltmeter schematic" and it returned quite a few hits on the first page that are relevant (the first and fifth were to AAC, others were to Wikipedia, EEVBlog, and EE Stack Exchange). In fact, I don't think any of the hits on the first page are tying to sell them -- I saw one item in the first four pages that looks that that's the case.

The 'images' page that it returns may or may not have anything close to that the TS is looking for.
