Need a switch that has a time delay of a minute or so before closeing circuit.
Is there such a thing or some other way to do?

Sure, but...
How accurate do you want the elapsed time to be?

Do you want it to simply delay, or do you want to display a count up or count down?

What kind of circuit will need to be closed? Do you know the voltage and current in the load?

 

Accurcy not critical, will just delay, very small circuit to actuate a small 1.5 to 3 volt
selenoid.
