Looking for a low cost way of controling a reversable motor (up, down) hoist for basket ball goal that takes approx 6-8 min to complete its hoisting or lowering funtion. the motor requires 20 min down time before being able to run again. 120 volt motor with a switchleg for up and a switch leg for down with limit switches located at the goal to stop motion (up and down) two position switch (up or down)
any suggestions on how to allow the motor to lift the goal to its limit switch and stop then time delay the motor for 20-30 min before it can operate again?

 

Does it pause on both ends of travel ?
