Please help me to design a battery charger that reflects the level of charge in the battery using a pic16f84 or pic16f872 and where the firing angle of the thyristor triggers the start and stop of the battery charging. the thyristor should preferably be microcontrolled . I have been searching for sites but could not find useful information
