hello, im doing a final project, that is a tic tac toe (human vs machine) using logic gates
and flip flops only, i make my state table and i have 92 diferent states that means 7bits,
and 9 inputs for the push buttons i use 4 bit , and for my output i have 7 outputs for
my 7 flip flop D , and 18 outputs for the leds (9 for the human and 9 for the machine)
my question is what program can i use for the truth table and minimize, because i usually
use logic friday but only soport 16 outputs
