Yes, that's the one.

The small tit on the back of that screw is intact, but the two small fork like prongs at the bottom of the needle are busted off.

as a matter of opinion,
You are more likely to end up gluing something on to the old adjuster.

 

You could buy a beater meter off EBay being sold "just for parts" and swap meters movements.

If you get lucky you might find the entire front panel replacement for sale at good price.
