"Heat transfer" is a term which comes to mind. For a computer, one wants to move the heat out of the IC dies via the heatsink and the fluid cooling media. Terms like "convection" and "conduction" and "radiation" may be useful searches. "Thermal transfer rates" might be another good term.

CONDUCTION,CONVECTION would become so general and it would be difficult to search their role in specifically in computers!!!!
so have u any broad specific topic or any particular process taking place in computers!!!!

Well, heat can only move by conduction, convection, or radiation. Heat sinks use all three principles, although not equally. A cooling fan may favor one method over the others.

Am I the only one slightly confused as to what the OP is asking? Is it:

1) Thermodynamics aspects inside computers.

2) Thermodynamic applications that can be analysed using computers.
