Thermocouple vacuum gauge

I am tring to connect thermocouple vacuum gauge tube (pmt2) to pc using Arduino uno. Output of gauge is up to 10 mV. Analog input is 10 bits of arduino. So, reading is not enough accurate.
I desided to amplify signal using operational amplifier as in link below:

They suggest to use two power supplays one for filament other one for amplifier cirquit (no common ground) to avoid short.
So, my question. Is it possible somehow to use one power supplay for both filament and for amplifier?

No, and the page you linked to explains why:

On the filament supply side it does not matter which pin you select as the positive pin. However, it is essential that the filament supply be independent of the amplifier circuit (i.e. no common ground). Otherwise you will end up just amplifying the filament voltage (the filament and the thermocouple are electrically connected).
If they were not electrically connected, you could use the same supply for both.
