No if its a purpose built Dr.s office or medical complex it will have better insulation then normal buildings because they keep it colder then normal.

I'm going to start a thread on this. Why do medical places have to be so cold?

ps, most walk in coolers are 99% shielded because the outer walls (and doors) have a sheet metal outer skin.
