80KVDC shorting at 100mA+ to terminal ground on the insolated AC power buss.

Bad X2 connector so pop the top and look inside.

Burns on the electrical wiring inside the connector.

Burns on the insulator inside the ISO power socket.

Goo on the electrical connectors in the insulation oil but at least the transformer is still good.

Feed-thru insulation burned inside the connector. We could machine out the burn tracks to good plastic or replace the connector.

Cable end rebuild.

When cables cry stop adding solder.

Spring loaded mating terminal for wire bushing.

 

The rebuilt insulator was installed and the repaired transformer was moved back into position.
