I know how to embed YouTube video's but I don't know how to embed facebook. Sorry. I think you would have gotten a laugh out of it.
Very possibly.

I know that people post links to Facebook content that is viewable, but I don't know what the magic incantations are to make that happen. Probably has to do with visibility permissions on the content.

This is like one of those puzzles where you are tasked with finding all of the hidden things. Is that the point?

Here's what pops out to me on first blush:
1) Soldering on a solderless breadboard.
2) Meter reading 3.3 V when there is on a single connection to the board and no apparent way to get a complete circuit (not to mention no indication of a means of powering the board).
3) The many Escher-like wires.
4) Possibly the many unconnected components on the board, but if it's a work in progress....
5) The schematic on the clipboard has no relation to the circuit on the breadboard.
6) The schematic mixes schematic symbols and component pictures (but that's become pretty common, sadly).

As a "joke", is it primarily #1?

At least she's not holding the soldering iron by the tip like in some actual marketing material that's been put out.

I guess typical errors from an AI-generated image that doesn’t know better.
Also, on the part bins on the top right there is a bin labeled “LTINS”. Can’t think of any word that ends like this.

I was wondering about that myself. Also, while I have connected a function generator to a scope to play with random lissajous shapes, I generally don't just leave the function generator connected.
Leave it to people like us to analyze and dismantle a joke piece by piece instead of simply enjoying the thing  ... LOL ...

I immediately looked for - and didn't find - her holding the iron improperly and so noticed the solder. Chuckled and stopped there. Upon further inspection, there are all the goofy things you listed, including the mysterious parts bin label.
