I have seen 4 different "shows" like this. They are more like multimedia installations. My first one was a different Van Gogh project, another was based on impressionists, then 2 based on russian painters (Aivazovsky - anyone who likes seascapes should know him - and Roerich). Amazing music and animation.

I once built a device to solve a problem that ended up not working. However, serendipitously I discovered another use for this device that DID work. I could use it to get into security parking lots and through security and keycard controlled doors. And no - I won't tell anyone how I did that. Ever!

When I did some consulting work for Church and Dwight Co, in Illinois, the guys told me about the weird calls their customer relations hotline would get from people who unrolled them completely and used them for a really weird thing (which I won't repeat here). So, ... why are you unrolling yours all the way?

 

What? You've never had to unroll one that far?

 

I believe they are lot and date codes. Not sure, but I've seen them too.
