I had to look at it 3 times to see it. I swear I saw a C.

How does this happen???? Maybe those in charge of inspecting the final work saw a C that was not there too?

 

Is that a C stuck off to the side as an after thought?

 

Maybe it was an intentional joke?

 

There's plenty of room to shift the letters to the right to accommodate the C...

 

I suspect the brick wall to the left was built as an afterthought. Thus, they had to re-accomodate the 'C'.

It's a setup.

Some of the letters are a tiny bit crooked or displaced vertically. I've worked with pro signwriters, there's no way they would have crooked or displaced letters.

Possibly a student prank? Grab a ladder and stick some letters up and take a photo?
