I forgot where I saw that line. I wanna say family guy. Where half him was bionic and the other half was made with trash cans for legs and a traffic cone as an arm. Anyways thought this was cool, its a pair of glasses you wear that wirelessly transmits to an implant inside your head and gives you partial vision back to genetically blind people.
