Don't think you'll find anything suitable for electronics at HF. I'll check mine when I have nothing better to do.

Here's a Fluke 80i-110s on eBay. It's being sold for parts because the seller doesn't know how to test. You could take a chance and make a low ball offer, or tell him how to test and pay his price. $300 isn't bad if it works.
