hi all,
i have a problem when test a diode ,
i got bench data with Iin=4.1 Vin=69, but after 7 days current was going down reading is 0.65A. please advise for this case.

If you post a schematic of your test set-up and a link to the datasheet of the diode you'll have a better chance of a satisfactory response.

 

That is roughly 280W, how does your heatsinking look like? Did you monitor the temperature of the diode?

-the temperarture around 110 oC ,
-with use heatsinking , i have not use it for this test.

that is a socket which is use in the test.


btw, I will take a photo for board use for this test and post datasheet also,
